I recently took an Ola ride for a distance of around 14 km, and the initial fare shown was 366. However, at the end of the ride, I was shocked to see the total amount as 1210, with the distance falsely showing as 39 km!
I was charged almost 4 times the expected amount, even though the actual route and distance were much shorter.

To make matters worse, there was no proper way to contact customer careonly an unhelpful chatbot. The phone number provided was also switched off.
This experience was highly disappointing and unfair.

Ola seriously needs to fix these fare discrepancies and improve customer support. Until then, I would think twice before using this service again.

OLA was very reliable past two year back but now it is not interested in customer satisfaction. Drivers cancel rides frequently in the name of late payment at your end. Also, some of the drivers prefer to make private trips for cash payment.
