Misbehave by driver
Driver has collected double money from me and he has given physical receipts for the same.
I have the recordings, while he was threatening me to pay more or else he said he will drop me in middle of the road.

I am a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) who recently traveled to India and utilized Ola services for a short duration using a temporary Indian phone number (+91 xxxxx). Upon returning abroad, I discovered that there are outstanding dues associated with my account. For the past three months, I have been attempting to settle these dues via ICICI net banking, but I consistently receive payment failure notifications, and the transactions do not process successfully. As a result, the dues have continued to increase, which I believe is unfair since I have made every effort to pay on time.
I am reaching out to seek your guidance on how I can clear my dues from abroad without relying on an Indian phone number. Additionally, I request that the dues be reviewed and adjusted, as the accumulation is due to repeated payment failures beyond my control, despite my timely attempts to resolve the issue. Your current payment system appears to have limitations that are hindering my ability to settle the account.
Could you please provide a prompt solution to this matter? I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.

I am getting continuous calls for a payment. There is no pending payment when I check my account in Ola App.
I must now the details of the outstanding amount if any.
So I donot understand why this constant calls for payment.
Please address the issue urgently as it's an harrassment and a nuisance.

book my parcel options and when driver is arrived he say the amount was not paid i payed using phone pay he saying he would not deliver the whole parcel if i dont pay him cash i try to cancel ride he forcing me but ride was not canceling he behaved rude and he saying the app is saying to collective money others wise he dont Deliver the parcel After a long time he saying contract to costumer care the money will be back so i pay him cash the delivery amount he take amount and say iam new to ola i cant do any thing you guys are scamming me i seriously take step against you company if the amount i pay online you should not give me back and there was no helpeline coustmer service in your app worst app i also attaching my payment receipt if you contract me iam greatfull if you dont i will take action aginst ola

Dear Ola Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had with an Ola auto ride. During the ride, the driver demanded an additional 150 at the end, which was not mentioned at the start of the journey. This extra charge was not communicated in advance, and I was shocked when it was asked for at the end.
When I questioned the driver about this, he responded with rude and unprofessional behavior, raising his voice and shouting at me. This is not the kind of service I expected from Ola, and I am extremely disappointed with both the unexpected charge and the driver's behavior.
I kindly request a refund of the 150 that was wrongly charged, and I would also appreciate it if you could remind your drivers to behave in a professional and courteous manner. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope that steps will be taken to address such issues in the future.
I look forward to a prompt resolution and a refund to my account.

Yesterday, I booked an Ola auto from Koramangala to Gnana Baramati at 7:15. The driver was very rude and drove fast.
My friend and I told him to go slowly, and he said that we were the 17th passengers to tell him this; no one else had complained. He was very rude. Please cancel his Ola license. I am also a professional advocate.
Using singular words, such bad and worst service in Ola. Shame on you people.
Give good service to good people, not to this type of idiot. Please cancel his Ola account, or else God save you people.

Till date, I couldn't contact Ola for my issue. I was charged way too much for my ride.
When I complained multiple times, I got a voucher, but I'm not able to use the voucher for my future rides. It feels like they just made a joke of it, and when trying to contact them through the app, they are not reachable at all.

We paid through UPI and showed the receipt to the driver. But he told us that he didn't get the money in his app, which means it's not showing that we paid.
We are getting late for our flight and are not in a situation to argue with him. Ola doesn't have a number to call customer care service immediately. That's why we gave him cash as well.
We need our money back. I am attaching his details and proof that we gave him cash directly.
